RETURN POLICY:

At THATS MY GAL we want to make returns hassle free because life is already complicated You’ll be given the option to refund, exchange or have a credit note.

A refund takes 10 - 14 business days to process upon receiving and to reflect on your credit/ debit card account depending on your bank. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

All returns will have a charge of AED 25 unless the item is faulty. The charge will be deducted from the remaining balance.

CONDITIONS:

All clothing must be received back in its original form. Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, smoke rubbing off onto the garment.

The item should be returned in the same way as delivered. All items will have a 14-day return, exchange or credit note timeline.

Each clothing is carefully checked by TMG packing team prior to dispatch, however, in the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact our customer service at support@thatsmygal.com
